Why this blog ?
Many persons,groups,bodies and governments have formulated Vision 2020 plans . Each is different from the other but what is common among them is that they are still grand plans ... a vision of where we like to reach !
This blog will be to do a reality check of our capabilities ... does India has the capabilities to achieve its 2020 objectives ???
